Flower & White are the award winning innovators behind a range of gourmet sweet treats including - Merangz, Muffinz, Tweeners and Pavs.

Now a nationally recognised brand, the company started off from humble roots. Founded by Brian and Leanne Crowther, and originally known as The Little Round Cake Company Ltd, Flower & White began life on a stand at a local market selling ‘Tweeners’. A loyal fan base with an appetite for more led to Merangz - the ultimate in luxury meringues – and most recently gluten free Muffinz, and Pavs.

They haven't looked back since re-branding as Flower & White in 2015, creating inspiring and award winning desserts for both retail and foodservice - the perfect indulgence.
