So after years of bringing busy shoppers top-notch ingredients, we decided to go one step further and open the Waitrose Cookery School: the first ever created by a UK supermarket. Kitted out with a bar, dining area and theatre, complete with the latest audio-visual equipment, the cookery school offers a full smörgåsbord of hands on cookery courses run by our very own team of chefs.

We’ve put together a melting pot of culinary talent, with experienced chefs, each bringing their own ideas, tastes and expertise to the table. They’ve held Michelin stars, worked as TV chefs, written countless cookbooks and even served breakfast to the Queen.

Whether your looking to sharpen up your knife skills or bake perfect macaroons, you’ll find flavours and fun by the ladle-load. And yes, you’re even allowed to lick the spoon.
