Since the mid-90’s, when trained chef Emma Macdonald, began developing preserving recipes on her mother’s Aga; The Bay Tree has enjoyed consistent growth, based on their firm adherence to the two defining principles of taste and quality. After more than two decades in business, The Bay Tree are currently in the process of updating their logos and packaging to better communicate their heritage, vision, passion for fantastic flavours and their unrelenting pursuit of quality.
